Why Us?

All of us have reasons that we exercise, whether it be feeling great at an upcoming big event, being able to enjoy activities with our family/friends or simply wanting to feel healthy and strong. However, while we might know the reason we want to be more active, often it can seem difficult to start and sustain an exercise routine that meets these goals. 

It is from this basis of overcoming common barriers to successful exercise that we structure all our classes at Tullamore Alive Fitness. We don’t believe that exercise success is measured in attaining the perfect lifestyle where all food is 100% healthy and every day contains hours of activity. Why are most of your classes at the beginning of the week?

Everything we do with our classes is geared towards you having the best chance of success at completing your exercise program. For this reason we offer a variety of class styles and lengths, concentrated at the beginning of the week (when people are typically most successful at exercise adherence) and keep the focus of our classes on fun functional movement versus aesthetic changes. 

Why the shorter classes? Can 10 minutes of exercise actually make a difference in my health?

We know that life can get busy, but also that a little bit of exercise (even 10 minutes) can have a huge positive impact on our sleep, mood and overall quality of life. With this in mind, we provide both longer (60 minute) and shorter classes (10-35 minutes) to help make exercise accessible to you every week no matter your schedule. 

What happens if I miss a class?

For most people attending a live class is going to be the most supportive; however, if you miss a live class the recording is always available to you for a minimum of 3 days after the live class occurs. You can also download the recording to your computer if you want to have it after those 3 days are up.

What if I am not tech savy? Can I still do the classes?

Accessing the live classes is super easy and can be broken down into 3 steps.

  1. Download the free Zoom App to your device
  2. Receive Login Link and Password (this will stay the same all semester)
  3. Login a few minute before your class starts onto the website using your Password

If you need, we are also happy to do a walkthrough of the technology with you prior to classes starting.

Do you only offer Registered Classes or can I Drop-In?

Currently, we only offer Registered Classes (excluding the 5 drop-in passes everyone registered in classes gets for 1 friend/family member). We know a lot of people prefer to attend classes drop-in; however, not only are Registered Classes easier logistically for us, but we also believe it enables us to offer a better program with more progression of exercises throughout the semester.

What if I register late? Can I get a discount?

We prorate late registrations up to halfway through the semester by 5% (of the total class price) per missed week . After the halfway point, registrations close and no new participants are taken until the next semester starts.

What is your refund policy?

We stand behind all our products and services 100%. If you are unsatisfied with your product/service from us, we will refund the full amount you paid to us for that product/service  within 30 days of your purchase no questions asked. 

Is there a way I can try the classes without having to commit to a full semester?

Every week we upload a free Fitness Video to our Fitness with Tullamore Alive YouTube Channel that is a similar style to many of our Registered Fitness Classes. We also offer free monthly online live classes that you are welcome to attend.
