Core Balance

Ease back into your healthiest self with this 20 minute Core Balance class! Work on both your balance and core strength as each week we explore different moves designed to challenge your body. This class includes barre and yoga inspired moves and is great for individuals looking to ease back into fitness and start their week with a little exercise boost. No previous fitness experience required.


Class Schedule

Mondays: 8:30-8:50 AM

Duration: 7 Weeks, First Class May 3rd

Optional Equipment: Yoga Mat
