Ease back into your healthiest self with our new class 20 Complete! This class is designed to help you create supportive exercise habits by offering short 20 minutes sessions 3x a week. Each session will cover a different body focus (such as flexibility, strength and heart health) providing you with a complete workout experience. If you don’t have time for a full class/are looking for more support with exercise motivation, 20 Complete is the class for you! No previous fitness experience required.


Class Time, Day of Week and Theme

Mondays: 9:00AM-9:20AM-Weights for Muscle Strength and Bone Health

Tuesdays: 9:00AM-9:20AM-Low Impact Cardio Barre for Heart Health

Wednesday: 9:00AM-9:20AM-Yoga for Flexibility


*Recordings Available Minimum 3 Days After Live Class


Available Online through Zoom and In-Person at Tullamore Retreat Centre

Duration: 14 Weeks, First Class September 13th


Taught by Certified Portable Weights, Barre and Yoga Instructor Catherine Rawlek


Required Equipment: Weights for Upper Body Exercise, Runners

Optional Equipment: Yoga Mat

Provided Equipment: 5ft Medium Level Theraband  (Pick up September 11th) Missed pick up? You will be emailed for alternative drop off/pick up arrangements. 🙂
