Barre and Core-NEW CLASS!

Get motivated with this split class of Barre and Core! On Tuesdays enjoy a quick 10 minute core workout followed up by an Express Barre Energy class on Wednesdays. Barre and Core is great class if you often feel rushed in the evenings and are looking for a way to get in at least 10 minutes of exercise every week. Work you core and feel total body strong with these low impact exercises. All levels are welcome.



Tuesday 6:35PM-6:45PM: 10 Minute Core

Wednesday 6:30PM-7:20PM: Barre Energy


Classes available Online through Zoom

Duration: 14 Weeks, First Class January 11th

*Recordings Available Minimum 3 Days After Live Class


Taught by Certified American Barre Technique Instructor Catherine Rawlek


Required Equipment: None

Optional Equipment: Chair +Yoga Mat
