Get energized and fit with this 60 minute class designed to strengthen and tone your muscles! All exercises are low impact and inspired by basic ballet, Pilates and yoga moves. No previous Barre Energy experience required. All levels are welcome.


Classes available Online through Zoom

Duration: 14 Weeks, First Class September 13th or 14th depending on registered session

*Recordings Available Minimum 3 Days After Live Class


Taught by Certified American Barre Technique Instructor Catherine Rawlek


Required Equipment: None

Optional Equipment: Chair +Yoga Mat

Provided Equipment: 5ft Medium Level Theraband  (Pick up September 11th). Missed pick up? We will email you alternative pick up/drop off options. 🙂

    I have tried numerous exercise classes over the years and did not have much success, , and I found myself quite unhappy with how I was feeling and my lack of strength and flexibility . Then I found Catherine’s classes ! Catherine is so knowledgeable, her classes are fun, high energy and have kept me coming back for more. She helped me with modifications which worked and I’m actually seeing results and feeling great!! I highly recommend her classes to all fitness levels.

    This is such a great class for improving strength and range of motion. I love the mixture of Barre, pilates and yoga. Catherine is great at taking what is best from all 3 disciplines to help strengthen muscles I did not know I had, but are so important. An excellent class.

    Tullamore Alive classes are not like others I’ve tried before. Catherine nurtures body awareness and my physical literacy had greatly improved from the tips and information that she has relayed to us during class. This improvement in awareness coupled with the physical exercise motivates me to be active and healthy in my daily life.
