Barre Fusion (12 Weeks Online): Strengthen your body and feel fantastic with this class full of ballet inspired exercises.
This 60 minutes class will explore low impact exercises inspired by basic ballet, Pilates and yoga moves and is designed to help you improve stability, coordination and strength in your body. This is a multi-level class and is great for those who are new to group exercise or who are looking to improve their fitness level in time to enjoy fun summer activities. No previous barre or dance experience is required.
