Cardio, Lift and Stretch (12 Weeks Online) : If you don’t have much time for exercise each week, this is the class for you!
Cardio, Lift and Stretch is a 60 minutes class that offers a complete workout aimed at encouraging a healthy heart, increasing muscular strength and improving overall flexibility. For this class, at home cardio equipment (such as a treadmill, bike, elliptical or row machine) is not required; however, it may be used. Instruction will be provided for both low impact cardio moves without equipment and cardio moves with equipment. This class is a multi-level class and is easily modified to meet individual needs.
When: Thursdays, 6:00-7:00 PM

*Required Equipment: 2 Pairs of Weights (one heavy pair and one light pair)
