Get strong and have fun with this split class of Circuit Express and Yoga Flow! Enjoy this high energy, accessible combination of weights on Tuesday (in a circuit format) followed by a gentle Yoga Flow Class on Wednesdays. This class is full of variety and great for individuals who want to build strength, enjoy movement and experience something new every week. All levels are welcome.
