Get strong and have fun with this 25 minute Circuit Express class! Enjoy this high energy, accessible combination of weights and low impact cardio intervals every Monday from 7:00pm-7:25pm. This class is full of variety and great for individuals who want to build strength, enjoy movement and experience something new every week. All levels are welcome.
