Gentle Movement (12 Weeks Online): This is a great class for individuals looking for a very gentle total body workout.
Gentle Movement is a 60 minute class that explores Tai Chi inspired movements, gentle loading of the muscles (with or without light weights) and basic stretches. As a result of this class, you will notice an improvement in your range of motion, balance and muscular strength. The intention behind Gentle Movement is to get you moving your body so that you feel fantastic as you go through your daily life. This class is appropriate for all levels and is a great place to start whether or not you have been exercising regularly.
