Start your weekend boldly with this exciting high energy class that includes simple dance, core work and upper body weights. Within these fun 60 minutes you can expect to improve your cardio, tone your arms and finish class feeling ready to embrace the weekend! No dance experience required.

Classes available Online through Zoom

*Recordings Available Minimum 3 Days After Live Class


Taught by Certified AFLCA Group Exercise and Choreography Instructor Catherine Rawlek


Required Equipment: Weights for Upper Body Exercise, Runners

Optional Equipment: Yoga Mat

Provided Equipment: 5ft Medium Level Theraband  (Pick up September 11th). Missed pick up? You will be contacted with alternate pick-up/drop off options. 🙂
