Live your best life with our 15 Minute Senior’s Thrive class! Join us for this structured and fun class that occurs daily from Monday to Thursday. Enjoy music, friends and strengthening your body and brain with this special class designed for individuals 65+. No previous fitness experience required.

Classes End: Thursday December 16th

*This class is a combo class meaning that each day will have a different focus such as stretching, building your muscles and improving your cardio/heart health. Tuesdays: 10:00AM-10:15AM Strengthen Your Heart with Gentle Dance
Wednesdays: 10:00AM-10:15AM Strengthen You Muscles with Resistance Training
Thursdays: 10:00AM-10:15AM Relax your Body with a Morning Stretch
