Relax and get a good night’s sleep with this 60 minute Yoga class designed to relax your muscles and nervous system. Join Catherine as she leads you through a progression of Yoga moves that will leave your body and mind feeling at peace.  All levels are welcome to this class.

Classes available Online through Zoom

*Recordings Available Minimum 3 Days After Live Class

 

Taught by Certified 200 Hour Yoga Instructor Catherine Rawlek

 

Required Equipment: None

Optional Equipment: Pillow/Bolster+Yoga Mat

Provided Equipment: 5ft Medium Level Theraband  (Pick up September 11th). Missed pick up? We will email you alternative pick up/drop off options. 🙂

    This was a great way to relax and unwind mid-week! I learned a lot about my muscles and found that after each session I felt much more flexible and open in tight areas like my hamstrings, hips and shoulders. It felt great!
