Spring Stretch (12 Weeks Online): Settle into spring with this gentle stretching class designed to bring awareness, length and release into your muscles.

Spring Stretch is a 60 minute class designed to gently loosen the muscles in your body, train conscious muscle activation and help you relax so you can get a good night’s sleep. This is a great class if you are looking to improve your range of motion, reduce physical and mental tension in your body, and make a gradual transition into outdoor summer activities.

No previous yoga or fitness experience is required for Spring Stretch. This class moves at a slow pace making it easy to provide a wide range of modifications that can meet your body wherever it is at.

 

When: Wednesdays, 6:45-7:45 PM

*Please note, class on April 14th will be recorded only.
