Relax and get a good night’s sleep with this 60 minute Yoga class designed to relax your muscles and nervous system. Join Catherine as she leads you through a progression of Yoga moves that will leave your body and mind feeling at peace.  All levels are welcome to this class.

    This was a great way to relax and unwind mid-week! I learned a lot about my muscles and found that after each session I felt much more flexible and open in tight areas like my hamstrings, hips and shoulders. It felt great! Plus, it made me more apt to exercise through the week because I had such great ease of motion. Thanks Catherine for sharing your energy and helping us all learn lots!     I attended this class in Fall 2021. I have arthritis and experience a lot of stiffness. This class reduced my pain and stiffness and increased my flexibility which gave me the added benefit of an increased range of motion when lifting weights. I also noticed a big difference in my quality of sleep. It has had such a big impact on my sleep that I make an effort not to miss the class. The zoom works well for me. The audio visual quality is great and I enjoy taking the class in the comfort of my own home before going to sleep.

    I have found this class a motivating and easy way to get back into exercising. The sound quality is good and the instructions are easy to follow. It is similar to taking a class in person, but from the comfort of your own home. I have noticed an improvement in how limber and flexible I am. The class is so relaxing that it has also improved the quality of my sleep.
